Essentially anywhere that isn't in the boards below can be found here. The grass lawns of Hogwarts cover a majority of the land that isn't covered by forest.

The Herbology classes raise many plants to learn more about the magical varieties and how to care for them. Any of the plants learned about in class can be found here - at least usually.

Here is a large lake normally crossed by first years before they have their first glimpse of the castle. It is rumored there's a giant squid that lives in this lake, along with merpeople and grindylows.

For practices and games, the pitch is where all quidditch on campus is played. It's a large pitch with three hoops on each end. The grass here is very well cared for and very soft.

It's forbidden for a reason - it's dangerous to those who don't know what they're doing. Without a professor, students aren't allowed to enter, but all professors are allowed - especially if looking for rogue students breaking the rules.

There's several courtyards in Hogwarts, the most famous of which is right outside the castle with a stone circle in the center.
